About the role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our small but mighty marketing team. We’re all passionate about the impact we make and the projects we work on. We work together pretty closely and have fun, but also maintain autonomy so we can move quickly. We nurture a creative team environment that promotes ownership, taking risks, and being inventive.

Working closely with the head of performance marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing our paid advertising efforts, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. If you have an experimentation mindset, a hunger for growth, and are excited about helping thousands of creatives around the world, this is the role for you.

The work you’ll do

  • OWN: Strategize, plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns on all paid media channels across search, social, display, etc.
  • TRACK: Closely monitor critical metrics, manage budget allocation, and consistently ensure that conversion pixels/tracking is working.
  • ANALYZE: Closely monitor campaign performance and critical metrics to uncover trends, problems, and opportunities.
  • OPTIMIZE: Run A/B tests for targeting, ad copy/creative, and landing page copy/creative to optimize campaign performance.
  • REPORT: Develop ad hoc reports on specific campaign performance, as well as monthly high-level reports on cross-channel performance, spend and insights.
  • COLLABORATE: Work closely with head of performance marketing on advertising strategy, and work with the marketing and design team to develop copy and creative assets for advertising campaigns.
  • EXPAND: Keep up-to-date on industry and platform knowledge such as ABM strategies, platform changes, and third-party tools that can help us achieve better results.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (at least 1 year in B2B), with a monthly ad spend in excess of $100k.
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google ad platforms.
  • You have an eye for exceptional copy and creative.
  • Your approach to advertising closely mimics the scientific method: research, hypothesis, testing, data analysis, conclusion.
  • Execution oriented, with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
  • You have a passion for paid advertising / growth marketing. You’re constantly curious, always looking to learn more and find new opportunities, tactics and channels.
  • You’re able to understand business goals, product roadmaps, and our various groups of client profiles - and integrate that knowledge into your strategies.
  • You are a highly organized self-starter with strong communication and project management skills. Being part of a remote team requires proactive communication and sometimes even oversharing.
  • BONUS: Skilled in writing ad copy.
