The Sr. Manager, Cloud and Security is directly responsible for cloud security and infrastructure, site reliability, and securing all internal and third-party systems used by Evercast. This is a hands-on position where you must have a deep technical understanding of the technology you will be working with. You must be an expert in container and cloud infrastructure, with intimate knowledge of how to scale a system that will perform real-time collaboration. Our customers never sleep. You have a strong aptitude for managing small and large teams and have the ability to build new exceptional teams as we expand rapidly. You work well across the organization, collaborating directly with Engineering and Product teams to ensure we continue to deliver world-class value to our customers in a hyper-secure environment.
You set up and drive security awareness training across the company. You will collaborate at a high-level with software developers on how to secure their applications, but can deep-dive into the details in any or all parts of the application stack. You also develop plans and execute cross-functional, cross-divisional initiatives that address gaps, identify and realize opportunities that bring top and bottom-line benefit into the company.
