Instructions: Fill out the fields, and add a mobile number if you have one. Next, move your mouse to the bottom right of the signature box above. Click and drag to the top left of the box. Once the signature is highlighted, press CTRL+C (Command + C) to copy it.

Gmail:
Click the gear icon at the top right, and click See All Settings. Scroll down to the Signature section, and click Create New. Name your new signature, and paste it in the box. Next, under the signature box, look for "Signature defaults". Select your new signature in the drop downs, and make sure the checkbox "Insert signature before quoted text..." is checked. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

1 - Click on the "Copy Hubspot HTML" button on this page.
2 - Access this url: https://app.hubspot.com/settings/6682739/user-preferences/email
3 - Click on the "Edit email signature" link under Configure
4 - Click on the HTML tab
5 - Paste the HTML into the box
6 - Save
