Evercast unveils new integration for high-quality media review in Zoom, Teams, and Meet

New integration brings Frame.io content directly into Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for seamless high-quality review through Evercast Presenter.

‍

LOS ANGELES—[September 30, 2026]—Evercast, the gold standard for real-time media review and collaboration tools, today announced a new integration for Evercast Presenter, allowing teams to share Frame.io content seamlessly within the video conferencing platforms they already use.

Evercast Presenter is a plugin that brings high-quality media sharing to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. It lets teams securely present video and other visual content in up to 4K resolution, 60 frames per second, and under 100ms latency—no skipping, stuttering, or lag. With the new integration, users can now access media stored in Frame.io directly from Presenter and easily share it with executives, clients, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders during live meetings.

The integration is designed to streamline a review process that often spans multiple platforms. Rather than downloading files from one system, locating them locally, and then sharing them through another, Presenter gives teams secure, immediate access to their content within their preferred meeting environment.

“We’re thrilled to announce this integration for Evercast Presenter,” said Tram Le-Jones, General Manager at Evercast. “Media reviews rarely happen with just one tool. Teams may be managing assets in Frame.io, meeting with stakeholders in Zoom, and collaborating with agencies or vendors across entirely different workflows. Our goal with this integration, and Presenter as a whole, is to connect the pieces so teams can spend less time moving content between platforms and more time focusing on the work itself.”

‍

Evercast Presenter is designed for teams who cannot afford for their content to look anything less than its best—with use cases including marketing and creative reviews, client pitches and presentations, product sessions, and executive approvals. The platform allows users to share video files, presentations, and live applications, all within the comfort of their go-to video conferencing app.

The Frame.io integration also expands Presenter’s growing ecosystem of cloud-content integrations, which includes Box and Iconik, giving users access to multiple media asset management and storage platforms from a single presentation workflow.

Frame.io has also long been supported by Evercast Studio, Evercast’s flagship real-time creative collaboration platform, for both standard streaming as well as through the App Share feature, which enables interactive review with the ability to pass mouse control between participants.

Together, Studio and Presenter integrations give teams multiple ways to incorporate Frame.io and other industry-leading tools into their collaboration workflows—from dedicated creative work sessions to everyday stakeholder meetings.
