● Familiar with DevOps philosophy and practices which drive the Infrastructure as Code mindset
● Be ready to show that you grok at least 1 programming language and 1 editor (VSCode/Atom/PyCharm/vim/other)
● Be able to demonstrate an understanding of linux and git
● Understand the fundamentals of AWS (preferred) or any other cloud technologies
● Some familiarity with networking, such as a CIDR and a subnet
● Some familiarity with TLS certificates, how they are used and why
● Some experience with on-call rotation
