Evercast Named To Fast Company’s Annual List Of The World’s Most Innovative Companies For 2021.

The leading remote collaboration platform for creative professionals is among the top five in the “Video” category.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (March 9, 2021) -- Evercast has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2021.

The list honors businesses “that have not only found a way to be resilient in the past year, but also turned those challenges into impact-making processes. These companies did more than survive, they thrived—making an impact on their industries and culture as a whole.”

“We are honored to be recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies,” said Alex Cyrell, Co-Founder and CEO of Evercast. “We set out to redefine the way that creatives collaborate, eliminating the need for travel or long commutes and thereby creating more flexibility in their lives. Today, we are so grateful to the unprecedented number of clients who embraced our technology and entrusted their work to Evercast during a year like no other. We are deeply proud of our talented team for continuing to innovate and bring Evercast’s vision to life.”

Solving a significant problem for creatives around the world, Evercast combines video conferencing with ultra HD live streaming in one web-based platform, allowing creatives to work together in real time, from pre- to post-production. Earlier this year, the company launched its advanced new version of the platform following a staggering 1,400% surge in revenue over the previous ten months.

Evercast played—and continues to play—a significant role in assisting the media and entertainment industry through the pandemic. As regulations have kept many in the industry out of the office, it has been proven that working remotely can maximize resources and facilitate better work-life balance. Tools like Evercast can open the door for creatives to work from anywhere that inspires them.

In October 2020, The Television Academy presented Evercast with an Engineering Emmy Award, recognizing it as a “Remote Collaboration Platform Improving Real-Time Creative Workflow for Virtual Television Production.”

This year, Fast Company honored Evercast among “the most groundbreaking businesses across the globe and industries.”

The World’s Most Innovative Companies is Fast Company’s signature franchise and one of its most highly anticipated editorial efforts of the year. It provides both a snapshot and a road map for the future of innovation across the most dynamic sectors of the economy.

“In a year of unprecedented challenges, the companies on this list exhibit fearlessness, ingenuity, and creativity in the face of crisis,” said Fast Company Deputy Editor David Lidsky, who oversaw the issue with Senior Editor Amy Farley.

Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies issue (March/April 2021) is now available online here, as well as in app form via iTunes and on newsstands beginning March 16, 2021. The hashtag is #FCMostInnovative.
